8. Share a recipe for your favorite alcoholic drink (or, if you don’t drink, it can be non-alcoholic but make it fun!), and your favorite comfort and/or post-bfn food.
Well as some of you know, Chris has been making his own wine. So. Alcohol is pretty abundant in this household. For me, my favorite alcoholic drink is simply… wine. I love it. I love how my husband makes it. I love how there are always dozens of bottles available whenever I want it. Did I ever mention it’s frowned upon to drink while you are going through infertility treatments? Do you see my dilemma? I get the reason for not drinking while pregnant. The problem lies in that it’s difficult giving up my preshus wine while I wait for a baby that may take a few months, or several years to come.
To prove to you that I don’t just drink wine, I also love drinking plain ol’ water. Not as great and doesn’t get you feelz-good drunk, but it’s good for you. Drink more water.
Food. Where do I begin? I love food. Almost as much as I love babies. Usually when I get a BFN I go to the wine. I know, and I promise I am not an alcoholic. I also like chocolate. And chips and salsa. And pretty much any baked good.
